At Cocoa Republic we have fallen in love with chocolate, its story and its heritage. There are so many stories we can tell about chocolate and its special place in history. Few foods offer such a comprehensive flavour experience backed by such rich tradition. On par with perhaps wine, chocolate is one of the most amazing foods ever produced. Proudly categorised as a top tier superfood, cacao is now prized for it’s dense antioxidant content.
So many factors contribute to making an amazing bar of chocolate. The environment is the most important. We are dedicated to raising public awareness of issues facing organic agriculture production in the region. We are also working with local professionals and academics throughout our journeys and are cataloging some of the most interesting stories here as well.
